WARRANTY SERVICE

1. Warranty (Please confirm if this applies to Jumei products)
The warranty period is one year, valid for one year from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, if the product itself has material/workmanship defects, non-human damage or performance failure caused by non-external factors, the after-sales staff will provide free repair service.

If the warranty period has expired, there is man-made damage, it is not a quality issue, or it is beyond the scope of free warranty, it falls within the scope of paid warranty and the customer needs to pay the corresponding fee (full or partial) to obtain warranty service.

Some components listed below are covered by a 5-year warranty, and some consumables (aerator, shower hose, seals, shower handles) are covered by a 1-year warranty.

The warranty is valid when the product is used normally in accordance with the instructions and operating guide.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jumei Holdings Group’s liability is limited to the scope of the warranty terms set forth above.
The formation, validity, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Warranty and After-Sales Service (Confirm dealer availability and other related services)
When you purchase a tent product from an authorized Jumei Holding Group dealer, the dealer will sign a formal sales contract with you, which will clearly state the general terms and conditions of sale and warranty.

Only the warranty terms apply to your tent structure. For any after-sales service issues, your contracted dealer will be the sole designated service point. The dealer will be responsible for processing after-sales service requests, diagnosing and analyzing the cause of the problem, procuring necessary spare parts (the dealer maintains a regular inventory of spare parts), and arranging professional repair services.

We strongly recommend that you complete the following with the seller immediately after receiving and completing the tent installation: Site Acceptance Checklist and Written Confirmation Requirements.

2. Important Notes (Summary)
2.1. Delivery and Acceptance Specifications
When connecting the tent structure’s electrical wiring to the main distribution box, ensure that the grounding system is installed and effectively connected according to specifications, and that the phase and neutral wires are correctly aligned and not reversed. The distribution box connection and testing must be performed by a licensed electrician.

To ensure your safety, be sure to check that all ventilation openings are clear and unobstructed before using your tent for the first time.

Standard tent models are not designed for extreme climates (low temperatures, high relative humidity, wind speeds, etc.). If your installation location is subject to extreme climate conditions, please consult your account manager in advance. They will conduct a climate assessment and inform you of any necessary changes or adjustments.

2.2. Devices and Appliances
– Water
The main water inlet must ensure easy, reliable, and stable connection. This should be considered when installing auxiliary equipment and chassis cladding.

– Drain Pipe (Please confirm that it is compatible with Jumei products)
Do not use strong cleaning agents to unclog drain pipes, as they may damage them. Damage caused by the use of abrasive cleaning agents or physical damage is not covered by the warranty.

The pipe diameters used for wastewater drainage systems are 110 mm and 40 mm, respectively.

When connecting the drainage pipes, to reduce friction, only use specified adapters; under no circumstances should oil or grease be used.

– Electricity
Only approved electrical installers may make modifications to the electrical wiring after obtaining written approval from the tent structure manufacturer. Any defects that may arise will not be covered by the warranty and will not be subject to warranty claims.

– Gas (Please confirm whether it is applicable to Jumei products)
It is strictly forbidden to cover or obstruct the safety ventilation system, gas cylinder hatch, and maintenance access. If the tent product is equipped with a selector valve, it must only be installed by an approved fitter. If the gas pressure regulator is not an integral part of the gas equipment, it must be installed directly behind the gas cylinder in strict accordance with the standards set by the relevant local authorities.

When transporting tents to another location, the gas cylinders must be closed and removed from the cylinder box. Any malfunction resulting from failure to comply with these regulations will void the warranty.

Any modifications to the gas system must only be performed by approved installers. Any defects or accidents caused by intentional modifications to the gas system will not be covered by the warranty.

– Appliances
We recommend that you check the functionality of any appliance before using it for the first time. If the appliance does not function, first check the electrical panel for voltage. If the appliance still does not function, contact an authorized repairer listed in the warranty booklet. Any defects or accidents caused by modifications to the appliance are not covered under warranty.

Damage caused by improper installation or improper cleaning of the refrigerator drain pan will not be covered under warranty. Any malfunction or accident caused by unauthorized modification is not covered under warranty and is not eligible for warranty claims.

2.3. Maintenance
Ensure floor ventilation (please confirm if applicable to Jumei products).
Long-term water accumulation in the undercarriage will degrade the structural load-bearing performance of the floor and other components. Damage to the floor caused by failure to adhere to operating procedures will not be covered by the warranty and will not be eligible for warranty claims. For semi-recessed installations or enclosed enclosures, a forced undercarriage ventilation system with a minimum air exchange rate of 300 m³/h is required.

Roof
Tent roofs are not designed for walking on. Do not step on or place heavy objects on them. If the roof load exceeds the specified load capacity, the tent structure may not be used. Excess loads must be removed before entering the tent structure. Structural damage such as deformation or cracking caused by overloading due to failure to promptly clear snow or debris from the roof is not covered by the warranty and is not eligible for warranty claims.

Gutters must be cleaned regularly to ensure unobstructed drainage. Repair costs associated with water seepage and associated damage (such as moisture on floors and walls) caused by clogged gutters are not covered by the warranty and are not eligible for warranty claims.

In coastal areas, salt spray corrosion protection should be implemented, and regular freshwater flushing should be used to reduce salt deposits. Surface rust caused by prolonged exposure to high-salt environments is a natural phenomenon and is not covered by the warranty.

Furniture and Interior Walls
Furniture, upholstered furniture, and interior walls should be cleaned with a damp cloth and a non-abrasive detergent to prevent peeling of the finish and discoloration. Avoid leaving damp cloths or wet items on wooden furniture for extended periods. If furniture accidentally gets wet, wipe it clean immediately with a dry cloth. Damage caused by failure to adhere to these guidelines is not covered by the warranty and is not eligible for warranty claims.

Shower Liners and Shower Trays
Do not use bathroom ceramic cleaners or drain cleaners to clean shower liners and shower trays.

If you notice any leaks in your shower, stop using the shower immediately. Any consequential damage caused by continued use of a leaking fixture without prompt reporting will not be covered by the warranty.

2.4. Transportation
Crane Loading and Unloading
The use of cables of varying lengths for lifting is prohibited. The support frame must be used throughout. Suspension by sidewall loads or other dangerous operations are prohibited.

Site Preparation (Please confirm suitability for Jumei products)
If the tent structure is installed on a site with a slope greater than 2.5%, the risk of sliding increases, potentially causing damage to internal facilities (such as cabinet tilting and pipe stress deformation). Measures must be taken to prevent water accumulation on the site. Damage caused by failure to address excessive slopes, failure to install a standard drainage system, or failure to regularly clean the chassis will not be covered by the warranty.

2.5. Installation
Installation and Connections
Before installing the tent structure’s exterior cladding, erecting auxiliary facilities, or backfilling the foundation, the electrical system must be pre-connected. All cables must be routed to designated distribution points outside the tent structure.

Adjust doors, windows, and equipment.
After installation, equipment must be functionally inspected to specifications:
• Electrical equipment (lights, cookers, heaters, air conditioners, water heaters, etc.) and gas equipment (stoves, water heaters, etc.)
• Check plumbing for leaks and flow (sink traps are tightened, hot and cold water flow, etc.)
• Check the leaks in the tent building’s drainage pipes (wastewater is discharged from the sink traps inside the tent building and into the sewage network).

After installation, the following conditions require immediate repair: electrical equipment malfunction, gas system anomalies, drainage system leaks, etc.

Appearance (please confirm whether it is suitable for luxury products)
If the tent structure is clad with wood veneer, ventilation gaps of at least 20% of the total exterior surface area must be maintained to prevent condensation. If the base (chassis) of the tent structure is enclosed, backfilled, or walled, ventilation must be ensured underneath the tent structure (with an air flow rate of at least 300 m³/h). To facilitate maintenance work, service openings must be provided below the tent structure in the water and electricity connection areas. The opening dimensions must be at least 100 x 60 cm (length x width).

Damage to the tent structure (potential damage such as structural deformation, metal corrosion, and floor mildew) caused by insufficient chassis ventilation and improper terrace drainage is not covered by the warranty and is not eligible for warranty claims.
