The 18th Guangzhou Housing Expo successfully concluded after a three-day exhibition at Poly World Trade Expo Center in Pazhou, Guangzhou.

Centered around the theme “Green Assembly, Intelligent Future,” this year’s expo focused on four core sectors: intelligent construction, digital design, green low-carbon development, and prefabricated interior solutions. Nearly 400 high-quality exhibitors from around the world gathered at the event, attracting over 82,000 professional visitors throughout the three days.

01 High Energy On-Site, Strong Visitor Engagement

From the very first day of the exhibition, Yards’ booth attracted significant attention through its immersive real-scene sand table displays, interactive challenges, and a wide range of core building material samples.

▲Many visitors stopped at the booth.

The booth welcomed domestic and international visitors including tourism investors, project operators, planning and design institutes, and campground project leaders. Buyers and partners from countries such as Canada, Australia, Dubai, and Romania also visited the booth for in-depth discussions.

▲Merchants from many countries gathered

According to on-site business representatives, many overseas clients showed strong interest in Yards’ green prefabricated construction systems. The team provided complimentary project consultations covering terrain planning, product selection, and rapid installation solutions.

▲Sales personnel provide one-on-one consultations

On the morning of the first exhibition day alone, multiple client groups scheduled complimentary factory tours to visit Yards’ self-owned manufacturing facility and showroom for a closer look at product craftsmanship and sample structures, leading to further in-depth cooperation discussions.

02 Intelligent Manufacturing Strength Displayed Through Dual Experience Zones

In alignment with the expo’s “Green Assembly” theme, Yards specially created two major display areas: a building materials experience zone and a real-scene sand table presentation zone.

▲A lively discussion took place in front of the model area.

The material sample area showcased key structural components including aluminum roofing systems, wall systems, flooring systems, and tent wall structures, along with nearly 20 fabric material samples such as PVDF architectural membrane, PVC-coated fabric, and TC canvas.

From modular prefabricated structures to thermal insulation, waterproofing, and anti-corrosion technologies, visitors were able to directly see and touch each layer of materials and experience their quality and performance firsthand.

▲Transparent displays provide viewers with a realistic experience.

Meanwhile, the sand table planning zone was modeled after a 66,000㎡ completed project, using a three-dimensional presentation to clearly demonstrate layout planning, spatial organization, and integrated supporting facilities. The display vividly illustrated Yards’ turnkey project delivery capability — from conceptual drawings to final operations — while offering valuable references for investment planning and customized project solutions.

▲Free project consultations are available on-site.

Through this transparent and immersive presentation approach, visitors could truly experience the quality behind every detail.

This is exactly the value Yards aims to convey through its “What You See Is What You Get” philosophy: green construction is not just a slogan, but a real commitment reflected in every structure and every measurable detail.

03 Interactive Experiences Added Warmth to the Exhibition

Beyond the professional technical displays, Yards also organized engaging activities such as the “10-Second Challenge” and “Sand Table Quiz Competition,” transforming technical knowledge into enjoyable interactive experiences.

▲The 10-second challenge on site received an enthusiastic response.

These activities added a relaxed and lively atmosphere to otherwise formal business discussions, while also bringing the brand closer to visitors and potential clients.

The 10-second challenge in particular received enthusiastic participation and became one of the most popular attractions at the booth.

04 Moving Forward with Recognition and Confidence

Over the three-day exhibition, Yards received far greater attention and recognition than expected.

With 13 years of deep expertise in the prefabricated construction industry, Yards successfully stood out among nearly 400 exhibitors and was honored with the “2026 Influential Enterprise in ‘Good Housing’ Development” award.
